View Artist Salon sessions from 2020-2026
The Artist Salon is a monthly program (February – November) that brings together emerging and established visual artists to learn from arts professionals, gain practical career insights, and connect with the broader arts community.
Each session features a guest speaker who shares their experience, expertise, and perspectives on contemporary artistic practice and professional development. Depending on the presenter, sessions may include practical demonstrations, workshops, or collaborative making activities.
Sessions are offered at the Richmond Art Gallery and may be presented in person, online, or in a hybrid format. Participants can join at the Gallery or online, depending on the session. Please see individual event listings for format and registration details.
Recordings of past sessions from 2020 onward are available online at the RAG@Home video page.
Lower Mainland visual artists are also invited to join the RAGA Artist Salon Facebook group to share art opportunities, calls for submissions, professional development resources, and community news. This closed group is open to artists and curators only.
