ART FOR TEACHERS: Provincial Pro-D Day Workshop
Due to Covid-19, we have not scheduled our traditional October Art for Teachers professional development day workshop. If the Cultural Centre facility reopens in time and we are able to safely offer a course on-site, or if there is sufficient interest for an online webinar-style offering, we will schedule one and reach out to teachers on our teacher mailing list.
Customized Pro-D Workshops – not available at this time
Looking for some creative inspiration for your next staff Pro-D workshop? Come to the art gallery for an energizing day packed with art projects that integrate big ideas, content, and skills development. Learn effective strategies for teaching art concepts and techniques, and practical ways to integrate visual art across the curriculum. Choose a theme or work with us to create a customized workshop for your staff. All art materials, lesson plans, and light refreshments are included.
