The 2023 Tourism Challenge program is a seasonal opportunity for staff and volunteers actively working at Lower Mainland attractions, hotels and partner locations from April 22 – May 31, 2022. This is your opportunity to support your tourism community.
As part of the program, Richmond Art Gallery is hosting complimentary viewing of the current Gallery exhibition a small but comfy house and maybe a dog by artists Amy Ching-Yan Lam with HaeAhn Woo Kwon.
Tourism Challenge participants have the option of answering a question about the exhibition, or taking a photo in the Art Gallery to acquire their stamp:
OPTION 1: Answer this question: Name one of the zodiac animals seen in the exhibition.
OPTION 2: Take a photo of an artwork or a selfie in the gallery. Our social media tag is #richmondartgallerybc if you would like to share your photos.
Once you have the answer or a photo, show this to staff directly outside the Gallery doors, at the Cultural Centre front desk for your stamp.
BONUS: Visit the Richmond Museum right next door to get a SECOND STAMP!
Visit our website home page HERE for details on current exhibition, and what other events and programs are happening. Please note that the gallery will be busier than usual during Artist Talks or Tours, and we may have waiting times for entry if the gallery reaches capacity.
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 – 5:00 PM
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to closing to receive your stamp.
