Pride Week 2024 honours and celebrates the 2SLGBTQI+ community. The theme for this year’s Pride Week in Richmond is “Pride Together,” which symbolizes the power of community spirit and allyship, and all that we can accomplish when we come together to promote inclusion and belonging.
On August 1st, celebrate “Pride Together” events at the Richmond Cultural Centre hosted by Richmond Public Library, Richmond Arts Centre, Richmond Media Lab, and Richmond Art Gallery.
All events are free of charge:

Pick up a paintbrush and freshen up the Pride stairs with the Richmond Youth Media Program and 2SLGBTQIA+ community groups. The afternoon features two music sets by DJ La Posmobaby, aka Richmond Art Gallery’s currently exhibiting artist, Ximena Velázquez.
