I illustrated this recipe because I feel like everyone should be able to enjoy making and eating crunchy home made bread 🙂

Ingredients

Starter:
1/2 cup water
1/16 tsp yeast
1 cup flour

Rest:
1+1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup + 2 tbsp water
3 + 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp salt

Instructions

Approx. time:
Starter 14 h
Rest 3,5 h

3. Dough
4. Oven
5. Cooling
6. Eat!
