May 29, 2019

BUILDING CAPACITY FOR CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS

Strong organizations begin with effective governance, management and planning. This workshop is designed for board members, volunteers and executive directors of cultural organizations to gain a solid understanding of roles and responsibilities of a not-for-profit board of directors. Find out how you can leverage your board’s strengths and build capacity for your organization. This workshop will be followed by a networking reception and an opportunity to meet with leaders in the arts community.

A light dinner and refreshments will be provided.
