BUILDING CAPACITY FOR CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS

This workshop is designed for board members, volunteers and executive directors of cultural organizations to gain a solid understanding of roles and responsibilities of a not-for-profit board of directors. Find out how you can leverage your board’s strengths and build capacity for your organization. This workshop will be followed by a networking reception and an opportunity to meet with leaders in the arts community.
A light dinner and refreshments will be provided.
