The Annex Gallery does annual open calls and accepts submissions from Richmond-based artists throughout the year.

Comprising three major walls, The Annex Gallery primarily showcases framed or ready-to-hang two-dimensional artworks. There is also a 32” flat screen TV where videos can be displayed.

Next deadline: August 30, 2024 for 2025 programming

We offer CARFAC fees for Exhibitions in Other Public Places (2025 schedule): $571 for solo exhibitions; $286 for two-person exhibitions.

Selected artists will be contacted by September 27, 2024. Due to the volume of submissions, only selected artist will be contacted. Submissions will be kept on file for a period of up to one year for consideration.
