    MONTHLY PROMPT: UNDERGROUND

Looking for a fun, inspiring night out? Join our Collage Club for Adults—a relaxed, social evening dedicated to art-making in a welcoming environment. No artistic experience required, just bring your imagination!

This month’s prompt is UNDERGROUND, inspired by the SIDE CORE: Under City exhibition. Explore what is hidden, unseen, or outside the norm: layers beneath the earth (roots, caves, tunnels), urban spaces (subways, basements, tunnels), underground culture (counterculture, street art), or inner worlds (memory, dreams). Play with layering images, shapes, and textures to show what lies below the surface or what is waiting to emerge.

The evening begins with a slideshow of contemporary collage artists from around the world, plus a hands-on demo to make your own stickers. You’ll have access to a wide selection of paper ephemera and images, with a curated playlist of underground-inspired music videos playing in the background to keep the inspiration flowing.

Ages 16+ • $5 per person • All supplies included
    Registration required

Please note – no refunds. Funds raised go towards supporting this program.
