FIGURATIVE GESTURE DRAWINGS:

Strike a pose!  Inspired by the large abstract works of Lyse Lemieux, families will learn how to draw the figure very quickly, creating “gesture drawings”.  Combine charcoal drawing with collage to develop art that emphasizes movement and form.

Free, fun, fabulous!  Family Sunday is a free drop-in art program for families to explore our exhibitions through family-focused tours, hands on art-making, and special events like storytelling or guest artist workshops.  Our volunteer Family Sunday Crew lead a variety of activities geared for family members of all ages.

Everyone welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Admission by donation.

4th Sunday of every month, January – November

*note there are no sessions in March and December due to holidays

This program is made possible by the generous support of the RBC Foundation.
