Art After Dark Remix – June Session

June 15, 2017

Above: Sean Karemaker, excerpt from "The Ghosts We Know", Graphic Novel, 2016

A re-mix of music and visual art, this monthly program is for aspiring artists and DJs to meet, socialize, and experiment.

Join us in June to work on a large collaborative drawing with guest artist Sean Karemaker. Sean’s unique drawing style utilizes pen and ink to develop intricate drawings that tell a story.  As a group, we will work on a large scroll drawing to illustrate our combined personal stories.  No art skills needed, all levels welcome to join in the collaboration!

FREE drop-in.

Basic drawing materials and DJ equipment provided for you to experiment with.
Artists welcome to bring their preferred drawing materials – no wet/messy media permitted in the Gallery space.

Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

2017 Program supported by Richmond Youth Media Program, Richmond Art Gallery Association and Hamber Foundation.
