HOW TO VISIT US

There are two options to visiting the gallery:

Enter through the Cultural Centre front doors (7700 Minoru Gate), and staff will direct you to the Art Gallery check-in. To keep our visitor numbers aligned with physical distancing rules, you may be asked to queue outside if the gallery is at capacity.

If you are planning to attend the Gallery on a Saturday or Sunday and would like a short, informal tour for your small group of up to 10 people, please book your visit in advance by phone or email. Call during Gallery open hours at 604-247-8363, or email the gallery anytime on Mondays-Fridays at gallery@richmond.ca

COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Our priority is the safety of all visitors and staff. Following government guidelines, protocols are in place to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable visit. We are closely monitoring the situation and will adapt as necessary. We thank you for your patience and cooperation. And, as always, we welcome your feedback.

• All visitors must self-assess before visiting the Gallery. Please stay home if you are not feeling well.
• Face coverings are mandatory for all staff and visitors to the Gallery and Cultural Centre.
• Visitors will be asked to provide their name for contact tracing purposes.
• All visitors and staff must maintain a two-metre distance from each other. We ask that children stay with an adult during their visit.
• No food or drink in the gallery please.
• Hand sanitation station at entry and stringent cleaning practices will be in place throughout the Gallery.
