On June 4, 2016 student representatives from all four participating art classes presented their artwork at the Pollinator Pasture Picnic, distributed seed-paper bees, led hands-on art activities, as well as speaking to the public about the issues involved and how they can be a part of the solution. This project was made possible by a Richmond Community Foundation Impact Grant. Thanks to their support, the Richmond Art Gallery was able to partner with 3 schools, 6 artists, and 4 teachers to develop a year-long project that reached hundreds of local students and their families. Thank you!
