NOURISH

It is an old family secret recipe and crowd favourite!

Ingredients

1 3/4 c flour
2 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa
2 t. Baking soda
1 t. Baking powder
1 c strong coffee
1 c buttermilk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla

Icing
3 T cocoa
2 c icing sugar
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 c butter
1/2 t vanilla

Instructions

350 degrees for 25 mins if using two round pans, 35 minutes if using just 1 pan.
