Collecting & Reassembling: International Mail Art Exhibition Fundraiser closed November 18, 2023 at 3:45 pm PST.
The Art Gallery hosted an open-call inviting artists to mail in and donate an original work of Mail Art in response to the theme of “collecting and reassembling.”
288 artists from all over the world have contributed postcard-sized artworks for the RAGA 2023 Fundraiser. The exhibition was on display from September 9 – November 5, 2023.
We hosted an online auction of all the mail art works submitted, culminating in our Dumplings and Divas event on November 18, 2023.
All proceeds help support Richmond Art Gallery Association’s outreach and education programs.
We thank all the artists involved in this exhibition for their generosity in donating their artworks, and to all of those who purchased their artworks to help support the Richmond Art Gallery’s programs.
