Artist jasna guy visited Ms. Miller’s 3D Sculpture class where students examined pollen and the structure of flowers, and learned how to use a tuning fork to mimic the vibrations of pollinator wings to release pollen. Photos by Geoff Campbell.
This project was made possible by a Richmond Community Foundation Impact Grant. Thanks to their support, the Richmond Art Gallery was able to partner with 3 schools, 6 artists, and 4 teachers to develop a year-long project that reached hundreds of local students and their families. Thank you!
