Family Sunday : April Session

April 23, 2017

Do you like to tell stories? Comics are a simple way to tell a story using images to illustrate actions, events and characters. Draw your own cartoon characters using a variety of artist’s tools and materials to design funny faces, outrageous bodies and the many dynamic actions and unique stories that go along with these new characters. Design panel comic strips or a comic book developed through the surprisingly complex language of cartooning.

All art supplies included. All ages and skill levels welcome to attend.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: exhibition contains some mature content.

Activities include:
Draw Your Own Comics
Storytime
Gallery Tours of Omnis Temporalis
Guest Performance by the Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra

This program is made possible by the generous support of the RBC Foundation.
