The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation may vary in some of the languages offered by Google. The goal of the basic translation is to capture the general intention of the original English material.
Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages.

James Fung is a graduate of the Journalism and Communication Department at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After his graduation in 1982, Fung worked as researcher and movie script-writer in various media and companies. He became professional journalist in 1992, first in Hong Kong then in Vancouver when he immigrated to Canada in 2009. He received Master of Arts in 2009 and was awarded Best Reporting 2014 — Chinese Language by the Jack Webster Foundation.
