Richmond Arts Coalition presents a workshop on the practical uses of social media to create buzz and build an audience.
Multidisciplinary artist and digital media specialist, Rob Fillo, will be leading an exciting and immersive workshop called Social Media Marketing for Ethical Business. Fillo is the Executive Director of the Richmond Arts Coalition (RAC) and CEO/Creative Director of Vancouver Media Services Inc.
Artists are small business owners and it’s essential that they use digital media to represent their works in a simple, accessible and non-invasive way online. The workshop will explain many of the key elements involved in audience retention and congruent brand representation. It will also touch on the topics of social media pitfalls and what not to do. This presentation will be followed by a brief question and answer period.
