NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of members of the Society will be held at the Richmond Art Gallery, at 7700 Minoru Gate, Richmond, British Columbia, on the 10th day of April, 2018, at 7:00 pm for the following purposes:
- to receive the financial statements of the Society;
- to appoint an auditor and to authorize the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration;
- to determine the number of directors;
- to elect directors;
- to transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
