Family Sunday

May 22, 2016

LINES ABSTRACTED:

Inspired by the large abstract wall-works of Lyse Lemieux, families will create abstract artworks using simple lines and shapes.  Learn more about abstract art by experimenting with a variety of art techniques including drawing, collage and textile art.

Free, fun, fabulous!  Family Sunday is a free drop-in art program for families to explore our exhibitions through family-focused tours, hands on art-making, and special events like storytelling or guest artist workshops.  Our volunteer Family Sunday Crew lead a variety of activities geared for family members of all ages.

Everyone welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Admission by donation.

4th Sunday of every month, January – November

*note there are no sessions in March and December due to holidays

This program is made possible by the generous support of the RBC Foundation.
