The electronic translation service is hosted by Google Translate. The quality of the translation may vary in some of the languages offered by Google. The goal of the basic translation is to capture the general intention of the original English material.
Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 50 languages.
Richmond Art Gallery cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any translated information. Before you act on translated information, the City encourages you to confirm any facts that are important to you and the decisions you make.
Richmond Art Gallery manages an offsite exhibition location at Richmond City Hall located at 6911 No 3 Road. Submissions are accepted throughout the year – the Galleria prioritises the work of artists living in Richmond, however submissions are accepted from artists living beyond the city.
The Galleria venue only displays work in two-dimensional media, thus works must be framed and behind glass or paintings on canvas frames. All work must be ready to hang. Proposals should include: a current CV, an artist statement, a statement of the proposed work, up to 10 images of work.
A check-list of required information is available below in pdf form. Materials submitted will not be returned – please do not submit original work.
Artists will receive notice of receipt for submissions. Submissions will be kept on file for a period of up to one year for consideration. Email submissions are accepted if under 4MB.
